We offer two levels of BBQ Grill cleaning; basic clean and deep clean. Pricing depends on which option selected, along with the size of your grill. Please visit our Pricing Page for more info.

A typical basic cleaning normally takes 1 1/2 to 2 hours while a deep cleaning will typically take 2 1/2 to 4 hours.

This depends on a few factors, like frequency of use, however we recommend a deep cleaning at least once per year, normally in early spring or summer.

Cleaning and servicing your grill often will ensure that it lasts longer, is safe and healthy for your family and friends, and looks good.

The first time we meet, we prefer that a customer is home so that we can discuss expectations, review our services and get oriented to your yard and outdoor living space. For subsequent visits, this is not required.

We use a combination of steam, and degreasing chemicals, that are non-caustic, non-toxic, biodegradable and eco-friendly. 

Our typical customers value their time with their family and friends, so cleaning and maintaining their grill and outdoor kitchen is not how they prefer to spend their Saturday morning! We typically clean and service luxury and premium BBQ grills above $2,500, with an average value of $5,000.

We ask that your grill be in working order for cleaning services, and that we have access to your outdoor living space, plus access to an exterior water faucet, and an electrical outlet. Nothing else special needs to be done with your BBQ Grill.

Yes, you certainly can, however as I'm sure you know, its a dirty and time consuming job. We are the professionals so you can expect great results, in a timely manner.

It's what we do! We have have tried and tested methods and processes that allow us to achieve the desired result in an efficient amount of time.

• We can not remove discoloration caused by excessive heat and/or neglect
• We do not fix dented, scratched or abused surfaces
• We do not weld, or fix corroded grills and components

No, we do not carry all parts for all grills. We may have a few standard, commonly interchangeable parts but, generally, after inspecting your BBQ Grill, we will need to order specific parts for your required repairs.
