Q: How much does the membership cost?

A: The Grill Service Pros™ Membership is $99 per year, with all benefits included. This fee is locked in for as long as you remain a Grill Service Pros Member.

Q: Does the membership cover all grill brands?

A: Most major premium and luxury stainless steel gas grill brands are included. Excluded brands are typically purchased at big-box stores, including Weber, Napoleon, Broilmaster, BroilKing, and NexGrill. Some exclusions apply for parts and services - please confirm eligibility when booking.

Q: Are parts included in the Membership?

A: Members receive free delivery and labor for any OEM parts purchased directly through Grill Service Pros, typically at MSRP. Parts themselves are not included in the membership, and exclusions may apply.

Q: Are all grills eligible?

A: Membership is available for grills 12 years old or newer. Grills older than 12 years are typically not eligible due to parts availability, safety considerations, and reliability concerns.

Q: How does the pre-inspection waiver work?

A: Grills over 5 years old normally require a $149 pre-inspection. Members get this fee waived for the initial assessment.

Q: How does the Grill Tune-Up work?

A: Members may schedule one complimentary annual grill tune-up focused on ignition, burner performance, airflow, and overall functionality.

Q: Does the membership auto-renew?

A: Yes. Membership automatically renews annually at the same locked-in price unless canceled.

Q: Is the membership transferable?

A: Yes. The Grill Service Pros™ Membership is transferable within our service area. If you move or sell your home, the membership may be transferred to a new qualifying residential, single-family grill located within our active service area. Eligibility is subject to grill age, condition, and brand guidelines.

Fine Print

Membership fee is $99 annually and renews automatically at the same locked-in rate. Membership applies only to residential, single-family household grills that are 12 years old or newer. Grills located in multi-use, shared, commercial, or community settings are not eligible.

Membership is transferable within our service area to another qualifying residential, single-family grill, subject to eligibility requirements, inspection, and brand guidelines.

Free parts delivery and installation apply only to parts purchased through Grill Service Pros. Discounts apply to eligible cleanings and add-on services. Certain brands or models may be excluded from some benefits—please confirm eligibility at booking.
